Interior work is moving forward
The interior fit-out of the Schutzhütte is in full swing. While nature is waking up outside, we’re transforming the inside step by step into your new favorite place. That lets us focus on the most exciting area right now: the model room.
A LOOK AT THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE SCHUTZHÜTTE
On the technical side, we’ve made great progress. The ventilation and sanitary installations are already almost finalized. These are things that will later be mostly hidden behind walls, but they’re all the more important for smooth operations and maximum comfort.
The electrical installations are also coming down the home stretch—so we’ll soon be bringing light into the darkness.
ON TO THE MODEL ROOM
The absolute highlight right now? Our Schutzhütte MEDIUM View model room! Work is already in full swing here to capture the perfect “Schutzhütte vibe.” It’s basically our lab for comfort and style, where we test materials and colors so everything will harmonize perfectly later on.
How does the fabric on the armchairs feel? Does the wood wall paneling match the indirect lighting? We’re fine-tuning the details here so you can enjoy a room later that looks modern but feels like a real home.
Wellness fans have reason to celebrate too: the pool pipes have been laid. Right now, you still need a bit of imagination to picture the outdoor infinity pool, but the foundation for your relaxation is in place.
Good news for everyone who doesn’t want to climb stairs after a hike: the elevators have already been installed!
The next major milestone is just around the corner: the screed is being poured. After that, it’s time to take a short breather and let it dry before we can move on to the finer details.
