Insight into the interior of the Schutzhütte
Now that the work on the building shell is slowly but surely coming to an end, we would like to give you an insight into the inner values of the future lifestyle hotel Schutzhütte. Join us on a short tour through the individual floors.
At the heart of the construction site
Walking through the spacious shell of the building, the clear structures and spaciousness of the planned rooms are particularly impressive. The large window fronts, which allow large amounts of light to flow into the new areas, can already be seen. Stable round pillars support this concept of open room design and allow individual areas to be recognized here and there. In our minds, we can already see the reception and the bar in place.
Cables are still hanging from the ceiling and there is still a layer of dust on the surfaces due to the construction work, but as raw as the building looks right now, it is exciting to be there live while a very special place is being created here. Because now you can get an impression of the size of the hotel.
What's next?
The tunnel to the lagoon pool is now accessible and will be completed on the outside and inside over the next few weeks.
Meanwhile, the gas and water connections are being installed and the fiber optic cable is being laid. This will enable us to offer you – our guests – a fast and reliable internet connection.
In addition to these and other measures, the roof of the 4th floor is slowly but surely being completed. This means that the shell of the Schutzhütte construction site is in its final phase and can soon be completed.
This important construction phase will culminate in a planned topping-out ceremony, which we will of course keep you informed about.
Note: The construction progress refers to the status as of July 2025. Changes and adjustments are possible in the further course – but the goal remains: a very special place to feel good.
