Conditions of participation

The competition is organized in Germany by the operating company of the Hotel Schutzhütte der SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG, Sonnenweg 4a, 34508 Willingen.

By taking part in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

All persons residing in Germany who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and have an Instagram or Facebook profile are eligible to participate.

Employees of SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG, Sonnenpark Hotel GmbH & Co KG or companies involved in these, authorized representatives as well as all advertising agencies involved in the event and the implementation of the competition and their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG has the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if they culpably violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the competition in an unfair manner. This applies in particular to disruption, threats and harassment of employees or other participants. The prerequisite for effective participation is liking the competition entry ( Facebook and/or Instagram), as well as following the account “hotel_schutzhuette” (https://www.instagram.com/hotel_schutzhuette/) and/or “Schutzhütte” (https://www.facebook.com/schutzhuette) and commenting on at least 1 real Instagram or Facebook profile.

The competition starts on 15.08.2024

Closing date is: 15.09.2024. at 23:59.

The prize draw includes: a ROSE Bike Hobo GRX 810 in maliblue, 2x an ABUS Hyban 2.0 bike helmet in sizes M or L (branded in the Schutzhütte design) and 10x a stainless steel drinking bottle with handle (branded in the Schutzhütte design).

The prize is non-transferable. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is not possible.

A participant can forgo the prize. In this case, the next participant in the order of winners will take their place. The handover of the prizes will be agreed individually with the participants.

The winners will be selected from all entries (online) by drawing lots within 48 hours of the closing datedetermined and informed by direct message on Instagram or Facebook about the prize.

The organizer accepts no liability for any inaccessibility in this regard and/or the occurrence of technical problems and/or disruptions in communication. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organizer.

The prize must be accepted within 7 working days of notification of the prize, otherwise the claim to the prize will lapse. The full contact details (first name, surname and postal address) must then be sent to SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG (Hotel Schutzhütte) by email to info@schutzhuette.de.The prize will then be sent by post within Germany to the postal address provided. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize expires and SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG (Hotel Schutzhütte) has the right to draw a replacement winner.

By participating, the winner agrees that his/her contact details will be sent to ROSE Bike for the dispatch of the main prize.

The winner also agrees that his/her name (profile name and/or name of the person) may be mentioned in a winning post by Hotel Schutzhütte and published on Facebook and/or Instagram in connection with the competition.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Legal recourse is excluded.

Data protection notice

When you first contact us, we will inform you in accordance with Art. 13 and Art. 14 GDPR that we will collect your data and process it further. You hereby consent to the transfer of your personal data. We also refer to the principles of Art. 15-20 GDPR . The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR. You also have the right at any time to to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at Sonnenpark Hotel GmbH & Co. KG, C/O Hotel Schutzhütte, Sonnenweg 4a, 34508 Willingen.

Notes and conditions of Facebook

In addition to these conditions of participation, the relationship between the organizer, the participant and Facebook is governed by the conditions of participation https://www.facebook.com/terms.php and Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy.

Participants cannot assert any claims against Facebook that arise in connection with the use of the competition application or participation in the competition.

Participants acknowledge that neither the competition application nor the competition is in any way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or has any connection with Facebook.

All information and data provided by or collected from participants through the use of the competition application or during the competition will only be provided to the organizer and not to Facebook.

All inquiries and comments regarding the competition should be directed to the organizer and not to Facebook.

Exemption from Instagram

This competition is organized by the operating company of the Hotel Schutzhütte der SPH Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG, Sonnenweg 4a, 34508 Willingen. This is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Information is transmitted to the organizer, not to Instagram.
