Indoor wellness area
Our indoor wellness area will be your perfect spot to unwind and recharge, combining an elegant boho style with a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. Warm earthy tones, soft fabrics, and natural materials like stone, wood, and linen will create an ambiance designed for ultimate relaxation.
Comfortable loungers and armchairs will invite you to let your mind wander as you soak up the laid-back vibe. The area will blend cozy lounge aesthetics with the soothing comfort of a spa. A variety of saunas, from the classic Finnish to the gentle bio sauna, will provide just the right experience to leave your daily stress behind. Everything here will be crafted to make you feel completely at ease.
Our wellness and spa area will be exclusively for adults – a tranquil retreat designed for lingering, where your well-being and relaxation take center stage.
Cozy fireplace lounge
At the heart of the wellness area, our cozy fireplace lounge will be waiting for you. With a crackling fire, stylish sofas, and plush cushions, it will create an ambiance where you’ll feel instantly relaxed.
Thoughtfully decorated with carefully selected accessories and warm lighting, this space will feel like a second living room – a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and enjoy.
Open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, the wellness area will offer plenty of time just for you. Whether you’re in the mood to chill out or dive into a good book, you’ll find your perfect spot to unwind here.

Spa bar with snacks
Our spa bar, nestled comfortably in the wellness area, will invite you to have a relaxed chat or simply sit back for a moment – with a wonderful view over the spa.
Open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the bar will offer everything your heart desires: soothing Teas, fresh smoothies and light wines. Small, healthy snacks are also served. are ready to pamper you between wellness sessions.
Whether after a sauna session or a relaxing massage – the spa bar is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the feel-good atmosphere to the full.
Igloo Sauna with Panoramic View
Nestled in nature yet completely private: our outdoor igloo sauna is set to become another highlight. It captivates not only with its architecture but also with its breathtaking panoramic experience. Handcrafted from untreated wood and featuring an iconic design, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort.
A large panoramic window opens up a stunning view of the surrounding landscape – for a sauna experience that touches both body and soul. The steam in the igloo sauna is truly unique. Thanks to the curved shape, it rises to the ceiling and then slowly drifts downward, filling the entire space with its soothing warmth.

Terrace with infinity pool
Our outdoor area will feature a spacious terrace, accessible from three sides and offering a true highlight: an infinity pool that provides an unobstructed view of nature. Here, you can float peacefully in the water and enjoy the fresh air – perfect for letting go and unwinding.
Around the pool, cozy lounge furniture, daybeds and comfortable sofas await you – ideal for enjoying the sun or retreating after a refreshing swim.
And of course, there will also be a bar here, providing you with cold drinks and light snacks to perfectly round off your relaxation experience. This terrace will be your place to breathe and enjoy, where wellness and nature come together in a relaxed way.
Sport for every fitness level
The sports offerings at the Schutzhütte will provide everything fitness and health enthusiasts could wish for. In the fitness room, you’ll find a modern selection of equipment—from cardio and strength machines to free weights—allowing you to tailor your workout to your goals.
For those who love movement and relaxation in the open air, there will be our outdoor yoga deck. Under the open sky, you can participate in yoga sessions and find your inner balance in the fresh air.
The program will be complemented by a variety of classes led by experienced trainers and instructors. Whether it’s yoga, Pilates, or functional training, there will be something for every fitness level to bring body and mind into harmony and get the most out of your workout.
NEW: Willingen lagoon pool
A true highlight for our guests will be the exclusive, complimentary access to the newly redesigned Lagoon Pool in Willingen, reopening in 2025.
Thanks to direct access from the hotel, you’ll be able to effortlessly immerse yourself in this impressive water world! A full 940 m² of water surface offers you warm natural brine water and numerous attractions in the modern lagoon pool. For even more relaxation, there’s the new sauna garden with six themed saunas and spacious relaxation areas.
For families, the aqua slide park with its three slides guarantees loads of fun. The little ones can also enjoy the 32°C warm children’s pool without brine, equipped with a small boat canal and a child-friendly slide.
