Design Hotel Schutzhütte to open in autumn 2026
Anticipation is growing: The Design and Lifestyle Hotel Schutzhütte in Willingen will open its doors in autumn 2026. Following the successful topping-out ceremony in October 2025 and visible construction progress, the project is now entering the next phase – with a clear focus on the opening.

Willingen celebrated another big step on the way to the new lifestyle & design hotel Schutzhütte: On Friday, October 17, 2025, the topping-out ceremony was celebrated from 4 p.m. Around 100 invited guests came, including representatives from politics, business, tourism, partner companies as well as neighbors, friends and numerous craftsmen who are involved in the construction.

Anyone who has ever stood at the construction fence of the new lifestyle & design hotel Schutzhütte in Willingen will know that something is happening here! Floor by floor, the Hotel Schutzhütte is growing upwards.
